Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours after confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order jewellery may require 2–3 weeks for crafting before dispatch.

Domestic Orders (India)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location
International Orders
- Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and courier partner
- Estimated delivery time is shared at checkout or after dispatch
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping across India
- International shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
- Tracking details (AWB number and tracking link) are shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped
Delivery Guidelines
- High-value orders may require a signature or valid ID at the time of delivery
- Orders are delivered to residential or office addresses only
- Delivery to PO boxes or public locations is not supported
Delayed Shipments
- In rare cases of delays due to logistical or external factors, customers are informed with an updated delivery timeline
Shipment Issues & Discrepancies
- Please inspect the package at the time of delivery
- Do not accept packages that appear damaged or tampered with
- Report any issues within 24 hours of receipt
- Recording an unboxing video is strongly recommended for quicker resolution
