Refund policy

At Myra Gems, we follow a transparent and customer-friendly return and exchange process for eligible orders.


Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, invoice, and gemstone certificate (if applicable) must be included
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery
  • Exchanges can be made for another design or gemstone of equal or higher value
  • Products must be unused, untampered, and returned in original packaging with all documents

Pickup & Shipping for Returns / Exchanges

  • Return or exchange pickups are arranged through authorised courier partners for eligible locations in India
  • Pickup availability depends on the serviceability of the customer’s location

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or engraved jewellery is not eligible for return
  • Such items may be eligible for exchange only, subject to inspection and approval

EMI Orders

  • Orders placed using EMI payment options are not eligible for refunds
  • Only exchanges are permitted for EMI orders, as per the payment provider’s terms

Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted
  • Refunds are processed only after quality verification of the returned product
